• Co-ordinate activities from the head office during official visits from other related departments ie Purchasing, HR, Finance, Business Development and SEQ Department

Job Summary

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist to achieve monthly targets in revenue, expenses, profit, and quality scores. He/she will be responsible for implementing MOHG service standards (Legendary Quality Experience) throughout the restaurant. He/she will deputize in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

As a Building and Security Manager, you are expected to :

• Provide professional property and safety management for the Hotel and Shopping Complexes
