Job Description:

• Managing daily operations of the service points assigned including front counter services, administrative and operational matters of the community clinics.

• Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of consumables, hearing aid stocks and office supplies in community clinics.

• Assist in scheduling of patients’ appointments using systems especially for vision investigations, consultations and special arrangement in community clinics.

• Work with the optometrists to ensure a positive experience for the patients along the continuum of care and devise innovative ideas to improve the delivery of care and delight patients.

• Responsible for ensuring that the CECs and MET are patient friendly, safe and spick & span.

• Triaging and assessing of all patients who are referred from specialist outpatient clinics for follow up at community eye clinics.

• Assess the patient’s readiness and interest to be followed up at community eye clinics.

• Synthesize assessment information to identify patient’s main concerns and prioritize care needs.

• Work in partnership with patients and families on the services and options available. Coordinate the necessary referrals accordingly.

• Document the plans, and/or triage outcomes timely and accurately in the relevant system.

• Maintain the database for all patients seen during Triage.

• Develop photo images such as fundus photo and for clinical examination.

• Assist optometrists to carry out procedures and investigations such as visual field and tonometry as prescribed by clinicians.

• Document the images upon completion of assessment in electronic medical records system.

• Attend to ad-hoc assignments assigned by Reporting Officer.

• Assist in scheduling of patient appointments using system and confirming of patient’s attendance.

• Attend to e-mail and telephone inquiries from patients

PLAN

· Prepare drawings (such as layouts, schematic, and single line).

· Review consultant’s design drawings and specification.

· Support PROJECT with technical deliverable using the proprietary software.

· Produce 2D and 3D drawings from contract drawings, specification, and design information through a computational interface.

· Produce REVIT®BIM models with REVIT® plugin families.

DO

· Create and maintain high quality BIM MODEL.

· Attend drawing co-ordination meeting (such as CAD and BIM).

· Co-ordinate all MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks® platform.

· Prepare shop/ installation drawings based on co-ordinated models.

· Technical management of project BIM Data sets.

· Prepare working drawings for site installation.

· Liaise and coordination and other trades for cross-team support on BIM support.

· Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

· Liaise with team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams

· To manage and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all projects assigned under his responsibility with minimal supervision.

· Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.

CHECK

· Ensure drawings are prepared on time as per the required specifications and quality.

· Obtain client’s approval for all shop drawing submission.

ACT

· Prepare as-built drawings as per site installation for joint inspection with clients’ representatives until approval is obtained.

· Prepare and document Operation & Maintenance manuals drawing.

· Maintain and document all the project drawing continuously.

· Control of all drawing records.

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads as provided by MD

• Office location in East, prefer candidates living in the East (Pasir Ris/ Loyang/Changi)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)
