• Conduct Cash Audit and Food Safety and QSC Audit on the assigned stores at least once per assigned outlets on monthly basis. Coach and develop action plan with stores’ leaders.
• Review and ensure outlets’ Month-end administration and submission is timely and accurately.
• Ensure stores perform daily sales deposit, shift control, inventory ordering, petty cash reimbursement and other tasks in accordance to standards timely and consistently.
• Submit and present monthly operations sales, accountability and action plan report.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the factory and warehouse operations comply with the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulations by overseeing their daily activities.
• Handle incoming & outgoing shipment/stock taking
• Plan & implement improvements on design layouts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse storage
• Conduct and coordinate regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and manage waste in building facilities, ensuring that the factory operates at its optimal level
• Initiate, oversee, and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks assigned to technicians responsible for property upkeep. This may involve arranging for contractors or utilizing internal factory staff to complete the tasks
• Maintain records of entries and exits, oversee annual or periodic inspections, manage on-site security personnel, and provide regular weekly/monthly report updates
• To review monthly export purchase orders and local forecasts from the BD department
• Monitor inventory movement based on actual sales versus forecasts
• Validate monthly delivery expenses for both local and online orders, ensuring optimal truck capacity utilization, and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability

Job Requirements
