Service Delivery Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage delivery teams, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Drive continuous process improvement and ensure high standards of service quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technical teams, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and solution design during the pre-sales phase.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and align them with appropriate digital solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, solution architecture, and delivery plans to customers.
- Assist in the development of RFPs/RFIs and contribute to pricing strategies by offering insights on delivery costs and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during both the delivery and pre-sales phases to ensure expectations are met.
- Risk & Resource Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that project teams are staffed appropriately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or Agile) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital service delivery, project management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in pre-sales support, including solution design and technical proposal development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital services and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, software development, data analytics).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate delivery teams.
