Job Responsibilities:
- Manage food service and wet market customers / portfolio;
- Implement strategic business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong market presence;
- Work closely with Sales Operations team to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximised to achieve monthly sales targets and achieve desired growth.
- Conduct quarterly and/or bi-yearly business reviews to improve sales performance and to further develop the business.
- Provide feedback on the trade and competitors’ market developments to maintain relevance and competitiveness
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Perform collections;
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Education, Experience & Training
- Min. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience working in SME food service manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of sales experience in food service and wet market segment
