THE ROLE:

• To be a "spring board" mentor, providing advice and counsel to the hotel General Managers and Directors of Sales & Marketing.
• Develops and implements marketing partnerships in key source markets to achieve greater brand awareness and revenue contributions.

The role of the Director of Communications is to create and maintain awareness through a favorable public image of Capella Hotel Group and our brands by effectively communicating core messages, programs and accomplishments. THE ROLE

• Manage effective relationship with appointed PR agencies and ensures set KPI’s are met
• Manage all direct media- and interview inquiries at the group/brand level
