Responsibilities:
- Responsible for profits and operations of few stores while managing a team of experienced chef.
- Ensuring outlets’ work processes are adequately planned and organized for efficiency and effectiveness. In charge of outlets’ compliance to SOP
- Ensuring the consistency of food quality and service standards by the outlets. In charge of outlets’ compliance to HACCP principles and Occupational, Hazard & Safety
- Ensuring outlets’ execution of marketing initiatives
- Assisting and mentoring the team in achieving business goals and objectives.
- Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary.
- Assist in new menu implementation.
- Follow the outlet policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
Requirements:
-Experience in F&B Sectors
-Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Able to adhere to good personal hygiene
-Min. 4 years of relevant experience required
