• Acquiring and maintaining business accounts

The role involves operating hotel reservation systems, facilitating communication between Sales and Operations teams, handling guest feedback, and providing guidance to the sales team.

Additionally, the Manager is expected to attend meetings and maintain up-to-date customer information.

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Occasionally serve food
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils

Career Progression to Supervisor Chef within 6 months

Training Salary = $1,500

Training Period 2 - 12 weeks (clear passing criteria)

Salary thereafter $1700-$2500 per month
