• Lead the maintenance team in a central kitchen manufacturing environment
• Monitor and improve plant efficiency and recommend suitable solutions
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure proper & optimal maintenance of all systems and equipment.
• Repair and replace equipment and systems where necessary
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

job requirement

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Possess minimum 2 years of experience in a plant engineering or similar role.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment (i.e.boilers, HVAC, electrical systems, and production machinery)
• Supervisory experience would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Willing to work in the West

Job Description

• To upload rates decided by the Director of Revenue in CRS, OTA Extranets or Channels Management Systems.
• To support Hotel’s rate strategies in all channels of selling.
• To maximize room sales as per selling strategy decided by the Director of Revenue Management.
• To minimize the misuse of wholesales rates over the internet by ensuring that web policing is carried out on a regular basis.
• To maintain rate parity in Hotel website / GDS and OTAs through Synxis and Extranets.
• To be in-charge of overall contractual partnership with OTAs and maximize revenue yield and brand awareness through these channels.

F&B Service Crew

Working Hours: Shift work (Depends on Schedule)
Salary: $1855 - $2100
Qualification: Min GCE ’O’ level
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- To provide service to the members/ guests
- To ensure the proper setup of the tables
- To maintain high standard of personal hygiene at all times
