Education and Experience Requirements:

A culinary arts bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.

• At least [number] years of management experience is required.
• American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chefs (CECs) are preferred.

• Manage project teams, consultants, and contractor to ensure project run smoothly
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects withiin scheduled cost, time, and quality
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth tender completion of the local and overseas projects
• Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, risk assessment plans
• Providing inputs on unit layouts, facilities, material selections
• Asist in managing project budgets and expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities and control project costs; report on budget status and variances
• Monitor projects progress, conduct regular inspections, quality checks and updating of reports to the management
• Oversee post TOP defects liability period. Ensure defects are being completed and signed off
• The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering or equivalent
• Atleast 5 years experience in Developer or Architecture firm specialize particularly in residential or hospitality developments
• Immediate starter is preferred

Job Descriptions

• Assisting Chefs to prepare and arrange food ingredients to meet the production schedule demands
• Maintaining and organising kitchen inventory and arrangement and storage of raw ingredients
• Packaging of finished products and organisational of storage facilities
• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens
• Maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchens including cooking surfaces and equipment and utensils

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Expertise in cooking Nonya cuisine not necessary but an added advantage
• Possess passion and interest in new recipes and products
• A team player who works efficiently to fulfil the production demands
• Willing to keep learning to broaden knowledge and harness new methods of production

Working hours

• 6 days’ work week
• 9 hours work per day including 1 hr lunch break.
