Requirements and skills

• Experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess or similar role

• Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays

To monitoring of food stock and movement.

• To understand daily departmental cost and how all the factors will affect the profit and loss.

Duties
