Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ⏰
Work Week: 5 days (weekends required; Monday and one weekday off)

The Opportunity

The Talent:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in retail with a direct responsibility for visual merchandising & retail concept
• Creates and designs visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, launches and catalogue
• Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production
• Uplifts brand’s visual identity to build customer centric retail concepts

Job Description

• Define and create International Business Division retail design & merchandising strategy in order to elevate the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with brand equity and brand retailtainment DNA.
• Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints & business specificities + Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up testers units and POS materials, answering local needs.
• Propose innovative in-store solutions within the frame of distributors partnership
• Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
• Ensure the respect of brand image in POS
• Support the always on in-store activation of FSS
• Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
• Ensure follow-up of the budget
• Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints

Job Description

• Take care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mail, preparing responses, orders for office equipment setup, etc.
• Organize and coordinate the manager's and team's activities.
• Support in the organization of regional meetings.
• Coordinate the arrival of new employees (transfer files, onboarding, IT, telephone requests, etc.).
• Put together and maintain files and aids for internal and external meetings, and draft reports and minutes
• Gather, communicate, and dispatch information throughout the team.
• Handle delicate and unexpected situations and facilitate the resolution of ongoing problems.

• Measure feedback and provide the same to monitor quality of providers & programs delivered
• Provide Head of People Development and Learning and HRDs with regular KPI dashboards and reports of various entities
• Support in the activation and administration process of performance management process, Year End process, and employee engagement survey
• Support the yearly Country Reporting Process in order to publish Learning KPIs in the annual report
