Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the day-to-day HSE support for Compass Singapore business units in their area;
• Coach unit teams in maintenance of the company holistic HSE programme and to improve performance;
• Execute all food and workplace safety related initiative to meet personal and team’s KPI
• Assist in the completion of incident reporting and investigation of incidents to drive a rigorous approach to root cause identification and close out of corrective actions;
• Work constructively within the operational, HSE teams and other business teams as appropriate to accelerate sharing of learnings and solutions;
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure compliance to the local regulation requirement and adopt global Compass Group practises to ensure improvement;
• Review and assist in the development of generic SOPs where appropriate;
• Maintain ISO 22000/ HACCP certifications and implement continuous improvements.
• Undertake Behavioural Based Safety Observations to drive risk awareness and care with employees and leaders;
• Train unit teams in HSE rules, regulations and best practices by conducting training in the company agreed training courses;

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in food safety and workplace safety inspection roles;
• Knowledge of food safety legislation, standards and codes;
• ISO22000:2018 Internal Auditor;
• Knowledge of FSMS and HACCP procedures;
• Certificate in Work Health and Safety;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, web based software applications and a high level of computer literacy in general.
• Take initiative in prompt completion of assigned tasks
