Job Summary:
The Senior Pharmacist ensures quality control throughout the production process by inspecting products, implementing customized Quality Plans, and addressing customer complaints. This role requires expertise in regulatory affairs and compliance to align the Quality Management System (QMS) with industry standards. The Senior Pharmacist will drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop documentation and training, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving product issues.
- Collaborate with teams to recommend enhancements to product services.
Continuous Improvement and Technology Advancement
- Drive research for product development to maximize customer value.
- Promote technology adoption and utilize data analytics to identify trends.
- Implement lean practices and monitor quality process gaps.
Quality Assurance and Operations
- Oversee quality plan frameworks and ensure QA alignment with various teams.
- Execute approved quality procedures and manage Supplier Quality.
- Customize Quality Plans for individual clients.
- Monitor quality activities including complaints and non-conformities, and generate reports to meet KPIs.
- Conduct audits and recommend process improvements.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead training initiatives to improve team performance and retention.
- Develop and deliver training on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze training outcomes to address gaps and foster a culture of professional growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience in pharmacy practice, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
