Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration, Specialized in Sales & Marketing
• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Sales & marketing especially in the field of marketing (product, category, and/or brand) Nutrition/FMCG/Pharmaceutical healthcare preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Senior Executive position leads the implementation, upkeep, and enhancement of digital technologies within the dental practice. This role ensures that the digital systems elevate patient care, optimise workflows, and align with the institution's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute a digital dentistry strategy aligned with organisation's goals and objectives
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain digital systems like CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners, and imaging technologies
• Train and support staff in integrating digital tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and care
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimise digital workflows for improved patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in digital dentistry
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
• Stay informed on digital dentistry advancements, recommending updates or new technologies as needed
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree and above in Dental Technology/ Healthcare Administration
• 2 - 4 years working in dental practice setting, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
