Key responsibilities

• Work efficiently with other practical nurses and nursing assistants in the ward.
• Performing in venepuncture, cannulation, and phlebotomy.
• Support and educate to the patient’s family, answering questions and giving vital instructions on how to care for the patient.
• Ensuring the proper functions of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters and other life support equipments.
• Assisting doctors in providing physical assessments and administering treatments and monitoring vital signs of patients.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board with 2 years working experience (specialty disciplines such as Delivery Suite, Operating Theatre, NICU).
• IT Savy
• Able to work shift hours (3 rotating shifts)

Job Description:

• Conduct home visits and nursing assessment
• Perform nursing procedures and assessment.
• Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement patient care plans as part of a team.
• Manage and monitor a patient's needs.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Assisting the Doctor as needed.
• Provide Caregiver Training.
• Conduct peritoneal dialysis training in hospitals and at home.
• Call centre manning.

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to travel to the relevant locations as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in acute hospitals.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Prior experience with dialysis machine operation is a bonus, but not necessary.

Terms:

• Remuneration: $3200 onwards with transport allowances.
• Training will be provided.
• 44 hours work week.
• The annual bonuses are expected to be generous depending on performance.
