Position: Mental Health Associate cum Clinical Operations Executive
Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
About Us:
We are an integrated, trauma-informed psychological clinic providing a range of clinical interventions, including psychotherapy, counselling, trauma-informed somatic integration therapy (e.g., somatic experiencing), clinical hypnotherapy, and breathwork for mental health. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive care to our clients, helping them on their journey to mental wellness.
Job Responsibilities:
Mental Health Associate:
- Conduct triage or pre-counselling sessions to assess and transition clients to the most suitable therapists/practitioners.
- Facilitate ad-hoc breathwork and meditation workshops to support discharged clients in maintaining mental wellness and self-regulation.
- Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
Clinical Operations Executive:
- Manage clinical operations, including client care and communication between clients and therapists/practitioners.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, scheduling, payment processing, and general clinic maintenance.
- Assist the Clinical Operations Director with ad-hoc administrative tasks and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans and PR are welcome to apply.
- Formal Education: Minimum O-Level or equivalent.
- Certification/Diploma/Professional Diploma/Degree/Masters in para-counselling, counselling, or related healthcare fields (e.g., clinical or therapeutic breathwork, paramedics, nursing, first responder, mental health).
- Trauma-informed training is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
