Job Responsibilities:

1. Introduce and promote the products and services of the Health Management Center to clients.
2. Provide health management advice and solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients.
4. Participate in promotional activities to drive sales performance.
5. Handle sales orders and after-sales customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and sales skills.
2. Passion for the health management industry; related experience is a plus.
3. A responsible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
4. Proficiency in common office software and basic computer skills.
5. Good market awareness to identify and meet potential customer needs.
6. Fluency in both English and another language (depending on the location, such as Singapore where bilingualism may be required).

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: A fixed monthly salary $500~$2000(According to performance completion）.
• Performance Commission: Additional earnings based on sales performance, with commission rates depending on company policy.

Expected total monthly income for experienced employees ranges between $3,500 and $7,000, depending on individual sales performance.

Operating Hours 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM：
Employee shifts are scheduled by the store manager. Each workday consists of 5.5 hours (excluding meal breaks), with 6 days off per month.

• TCM Practitioner providing professional mediacal consultation and treatment to patient.
• Providing Traditional TCM treatment method such as Accupunture and Bone Alignment Setting.
• Provide presciptions for patients- TCM Practitioner providing professional medical consultation and treatment to patient.
• Provide TCM diagnosis and treatment to customers, including traditional methods such as pulse diagnosis and tongue diagnosis.
• Develop personalized TCM treatment plans for customers based on their medical conditions, including herbal prescriptions, acupuncture, cupping therapy, spinal alignment, massage therapy and bone setting/chiropractic.
• Offer TCM health consultations and answer customers' questions regarding TCM health preservation and disease prevention.
• Monitor customers' treatment progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal effectiveness.
• Maintain and manage customers' medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
