Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential clients in the cleanroom, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical production industries.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans for assigned products and agencies.
• Engage with prospective customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable equipment, products, services, or solutions.
• Assess market and territory potential, monitor sales progress, and maintain detailed status reports.
• Build strong technical expertise in products and applications to effectively support and communicate with clients.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers while expanding the product portfolio.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role within related industries (e.g., healthcare, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, industrial equipment), preferably with experience in cleanroom or pharmaceutical equipment sales.
• Proven track record of strong sales performance, including expertise in preparing tenders and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) with accurate costing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Positive attitude, ability to recognize opportunities, and a strong willingness to learn.

Job Description

Responsible for the smooth and effective operations of her department and to ensure that her department attains the high standards of nursing care and conforms to the quality systems and procedures of the hospital.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a department - including clinical issues, patients' complaints, manpower planning, budgeting, performance appraisal and staff issues
• A recognised Nursing Degree
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Possess initiative and integrity, good leadership skills and result-driven
• Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be bilingual and PC-literate
• Able to work shift hours
• Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage

You are required to establish and maintain effective relationships with specialist doctors, provide support to doctors including timely updates and promotion of hospital's services and capabilities. You will need to act as a bridging agent between Thomson Medical Centre (TMC) and the various doctors/staff.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with specialist doctors.
• Maintain regular contact with doctors, establish close rapport including addressing any feedback on matters in relation to hospital services.
• Provide support to doctors including timely updates and promotion of hospital's services and capabilities.
• Resolve doctor-related matters and provide regular updates at Doctor Relations meetings.
• Facilitate the orientation of all hospital services to newly accredited specialists.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Doctors' Report.
• Contribute as a team to the targets set for deliveries and admissions through proactive initiatives to motivate patients to choose TMC as their preferred hospital.
• Engage and expand the pool of O&G in private practice to send Deliveries and Gynae cases to TMC.
• Recruit new doctors to take up clinic space in TMC.
• Lead the development of new doctor initiatives independently and organize regular doctor networking events.

SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify areas of improvement to delight and elevate specialist/customer overall experience.
• Provide supportive role to hospital staff, i.e. corporate events, public talks, medical events (CME talks).
• Assist and deliver festive goods to doctors and clinic staff (e.g. Nurses' Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year and Mooncake festival).
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Reporting Officer and company from time to time based on the company's needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, relevant experience in healthcare and hospital services advantageous.
• Strong leadership communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, motivating and collaborating with other business department.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
