We are currently looking for a CQV Planner/Scheduler to join us on a short term contract to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Project planner to oversee and manage the entire Planning/Scheduling for Brownfield Project.
• Knowledgeable in resource planning.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Excel/Primavera P6 and is able to ensure that all project delays are accounted for and reported accordingly
• Must be well versed in planning commissioning, qualification and validation.

Description:

Candidate will report to the Compliance Manager and will be involved in client on-boarding, know-your-client checks and compliance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform on-boarding and know-your-client checks on new clients, in compliance with MAS AML/CFT requirements

· Perform reviews of accounts and fund deposits/withdrawals

· Perform regulatory compliance tasks (e.g. periodic reporting, liaising with regulators)

Requirements:

· At least 1-2 years of client on-boarding experience in a licensed financial institution preferred

· Knowledge of MAS AML/CFT Notice and Guidelines

· Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, Finance or related field

· Mandarin and English speaking and writing proficiency

· Knowledge of global derivatives market preferred

Requirements and Attributes:

• At least 10 year's experience in a wide range of project healthcare types and scales from ambulatory care facilities, step down care and acute hospitals, hospital service and research laboratories
• Skills in the interactive process of shaping a project for a complex medical institution: assessment of the appropriate design solutions, building consensus for the project, conflict resolution with the hospital administrator and clinicians, the negotiation with the statutory agencies, and implementation through construction processes
• Identification of new demands that will be made on architectural practice due to the changes in the healthcare system, and the new worldwide healthcare architectural practice as driven by modem western medicine
• Strong knowledge of architectural design details, working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership and design co-ordination skills

Job Description:

· To factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plan.

· To purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plan.

· To execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to ensure optimised inventory in each subsidiary.

· To work on Production order prioritisation for selected products

· To ensure SAP master data management such as set up of price and item code.

· Any other ad-hoc duties which the superior may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering discipline

· Skills required: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data analytic tools such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, Power Query

· Experience in ERP system: SAP

· At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a US listed MNC within the healthcare and life sciences industry with impressive growth across established and emerging markets. Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, APAC.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC Financial Controller and working in a team, you will be responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis in terms of operating expenses, inventory and Capex. The position will develop and implement financial planning and control, perform financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance, prepare management reports and liaising with internal and external parties for any financial related matters. Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance to accounting policies and timely submission of management and statutory reports. Responsible on the financial planning and forecast of APAC region on OPEX including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring timely reporting. Perform Capex investment spend reporting and ensure there is business case to support investment. Perform inventory trend reporting from SAP data and provide inventory projection based on trend and inbound shipments. Other key responsibilities include preparing the annual standard cost revaluation on intercompany inventory. Perform costing on new product and responsible for ensuring the correct price is setup on SAP system. Perform validation on stock loss or adjustments from Operations team. Be involved in cycle counts or stock takes and ensure count reports from Operations are accurate and documented for submission.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a MNC environment. It is essential to have hands-on experience in financial analysis and planning. It is mandatory to have knowledge of SAP/Oracle and possess strong Excel skills. We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Senior Financial Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills.
