Primary Purpose
The Beauty Sales Specialist drives sales growth by personally
selling deep and across all product categories and delivering emotionally
engaging customer experiences consistent with the brand vision. The Sales
Specialist promotes a high-performance selling culture by inspiring, supporting
and mentoring peers.
Key Responsibilities
â—Ź Drives top line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
â—Ź Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
â—Ź Creates enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring, supporting and
mentoring others’ selling behaviours
â—Ź Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)
â—Ź Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories
â—Ź Responsible to meet minimum monthly sales target
â—Ź Contributes to and thrives in a sales-driven culture.
