We are looking for an energetic and capable clinic manager who will provide administrative and clinical support to our dental clinic. The candidate will also provide excellent customer service and build relationships. The candidate ideally should also possess good dental knowledge and assisting skills.

The successful candidate will be a mature, organized and responsible individual, who is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of the whole clinic.

The scope of the manager will be to monitor and lead the operational part of the clinic, and the dental assistants. The manager will work directly with the clinic director, through regular meetings, project planning and up-keeping protocols.

CORE DUTIES

• Overseas the day-to-day management of dental clinic.
• Performing the hiring, training and performance evaluation of staff members.
• Ordering stocks and supplies for clinics when required.
• Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
• Patient registration and manage/schedule appointments
• Assists and answer patients questions or issues
• Process payments and issues receipts/invoices

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Experience in managing a healthcare facilities or dental clinics.
