Job Description

To provide general quality patient management pertaining to the non-medical aspect of the clinic Such as:

- Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients’ appointments including sending reminders

- Answering phone/SMS and email queries

- Coordinate booking of investigations, scheduling of procedures with hospitals, labs and other clinics

- Handle payments and prepare submissions for Medisave and insurance claims

- Preparing patients’ medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication

- Assist in performing treadmill tests, ECGs and hook up Holter monitors, ABPs (training will be provided)

- Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties

- Handle patients’ complaints

To provide administrative work for the clinic:

- Maintain and update all patients’ records and in according to standard guidelines

- Assist in the daily running of the clinic and the upkeep of the clinic

- Any other administrative work involving patients’ care / records / the daily operation of the clinic

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma graduate

· Diploma in nursing or relevant healthcare major is an advantage but not necessary

· At least 1 year experience in hospital/ medical clinic operation/front desk duties

- Experience in submission of insurance and Medisave claims

· Proficiency with Plato and computer work

· Ability to speak additional languages besides English is an advantage

Reporting to the Senior Health Management Executive or Head of Senior Service, the Health Management Executive will be responsible for the following key areas:

Requirements

About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our managed Healthcare team to drive the development and expansion of our Healthcare service provider network.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to the development and management of our providers network through proactive sourcing, recruitment and engagement of the panel of clinics including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Diagnostics, Physiotherapy clinics.
• Conduct training to panel providers as required.
• Identifying and remediating operational short-falls and claims.
• Negotiate contracting and re-contracting process with healthcare service providers within corporate guidelines and ensure that all services provided are delivered according to SLAs.
• Maintain monthly statistical reports to facilitate benchmarking and performance management of network operations for management decision making.
• Manage and maintain system data relating to new codes, accounts, pricing, etc.
• Gather and analyze claims paid data, utilization data and benefit design information to assist in the development of strategies for contracting and re-contracting.
• Provide feedback to providers regarding their performance under the terms of their contract, identify and address quality of care and service issues.

• Prior experience in Provider Relations/Provider Contracting role within a TPA/medical insurance environment is preferred but not essential.
• Possess industry knowledge related to managed Healthcare services will be an added advantage.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional eye for details.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• To assist in managing daily food and beverage operations and continuous improvement in service quality at F&B outlet
• To assist in demonstrating leadership and service excellence to students that are on training at F&B outlet
• To assist in managing banquet operations, meeting and outside catering
• To assist in managing daily operations and meeting outlets’ objectives/ target
• To assist in liaising and coordinating with relevant parties with regards to F&B events, maintenance and security matters
• To assist in managing F&B outlet and ensure its operations to be on par with industry standards that are current and relevant
• To assist in Student training and ensure that they are operationally ready after their practicum
