Sales Planning:
- Demonstrate a high level of sales expertise and relationship management through product & diseases knowledge, selling skills, product presentation skills and customer management.
- Promote key products of the company by detailing the features, advantages, benefits & unique selling points of company’s products
- Flawless execution of marketing and sales programs
- Accurate forecasting of sales
Customer-focused Selling:
- Shape customer behaviors through leveraging on appropriate resources and stakeholders, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, build sales volume and deliver growth in market share
- Increase the awareness and clinical usage of Santen products through clinical information sharing and patient segments positioning
Territory Management:
- Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of territory management (call, reach, frequency, field days, DDD & IMS data analysis, etc.)
- Expand the business through acquisition of new accounts and listing of products into private accounts, pharmacies and hospitals
- Preparate and execute effective Territory Action Plan (TAP) through data analysis, field intelligence under the guidance of the Sales Manager
- Achieve and maintain good merchandising standards in assigned retail outlets
Valuation and Targeting:
- Ensure effective identification of high value customers
- Continuous maintenance of accurate target customer lists to optimize territory coverage through segmentation and targeting exercise
Tracking and Responding to Results:
- Achieve territory objectives and respond promptly to changes in the market
- Report on sales and business performance for aligned portfolio/channel which includes providing updates on competitor activity
- Provide feedback to managers regarding customers, markets and product performance/issues
- Additional functions as and when required and not limitation to the above.
