The Beauty Centre Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the beauty center, ensuring great customer service, managing staff, handling finances, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Ensure the beauty center operates smoothly.
Manage appointments, treatments, and customer service.
Keep the facility clean and well-maintained.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and manage beauty therapists and other staff.
Create staff schedules and motivate the team.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent service to clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
Financial Management:
Monitor sales, costs, and budget.
Manage inventory and control expenses.
Marketing & Sales:
Promote services and special offers to attract clients.
Help increase sales through campaigns and loyalty programs.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the business follows health, safety, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 3 years in a management role, ideally in the beauty or wellness industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Good financial and organizational abilities.
Experience in sales and team management.
