Responsibilities

• Evaluate client’s fitness level and skill set to plan sustainable goals
• Customise an effective exercise/nutrition plan tailored to client’s need
• Monitor clients progress in training, always ensuring proper form and safety
• Responsible for the end to end client life cycle & retains clients
• Attend scheduled team meetings, joint-workouts, mentorships, and team building activities

Requirements:

• All applicants must possess at least a PT Certification and a valid CPR & First Aid certificate.
• Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Sports Science or related fields and/or a Personal Training experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience will have an added advantage
• Strength and Conditioning, Bodybuilding, Rehabilitation and Injury Management, and Nutrition background are a plus
• Entry-level candidates are welcomed to join as a Junior PT
