JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate office operations.
• Aid in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for dental practitioners and staff as needed.
• Courteously welcome and assist visitors, patients, and clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and promptly and accurately relay messages to the relevant departments or individuals.
• Assist in monitoring office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels are sustained.
• Provide support in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses, reconciling statements, and processing payments.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination within the organization.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrate proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
• Possess proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
• Display strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Express commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
