- Gather requirements, design, test, and deploy ICT solutions and technologies.
- Take ownership and lead IT-related projects in scoping, presenting solutions, and implementation.
- Interact with customer IT departments and technical staff to explain how the company IT solutions integrate into their IT environment, including network diagrams, hardware and software specifications, and IT security.
- Provide post-implementation service support to customers.
- Support the commercial/sales team in participating in RFPs, tenders, and proposals for all IT-related projects.
- Collaborate with the Product/Sales team to ensure the success of targeted customer project implementations, including setting project timelines, objectives, budgets, and hands-on implementation of ICT solutions.
- Communicate with the solution BU in the USA and Japan regarding all enterprise and IT solution matters.
- Provide training to channel partners on enterprise/ICT solutions across the portfolio, including Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, and Neurology products.
- Support the regional team with enterprise project sales and implementation as needed.
successful candidate
Min. 5 years of experience in the healthcare informatics field. 3 years of experience in configuring, integrating, and implementing solutions with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical device integration.
Experience with HL7, DICOM, XML, and EMR integration and mapping.
Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux, virtual machines, networks, and cloud solutions.
Familiar with switches, routing, wireless networks, and having a CCNA certification is a plus.
Experience with SQL databases, system backups, recovery, and enterprise storage is advantageous. Well-versed in IT security, server/workstation hardening, corporate antivirus, and patch management.
