OPPORTUNITY

The Program Director, Client Health, will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our new client health program in their assigned region (Americas, EMEA, APAC). This program will offer a renewed focus on the health of our client relationships and provide insights and analytics that are actionable, centered around our own client benchmarks and performance for greater impact.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven beauty sales manager to lead our sales team within the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aesthetic products and services, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
• Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s aesthetic products and services
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
• 5 days work week

Requirements

• Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Beauty Sales Manager or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Resourceful, service-oriented, good management skill\
• Good leadership skills, excellent communications, interpersonal skill and customer service attitude.

• Handling and managing patient satisfaction
• Performing therapy such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, Osteopathy Bonesetting, Post and Prenatal etc.
• Performing clinic's daily operations such as maintaining hygiene standards
• Sales of health services or products (attractive commission scheme)
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least ITEC/NITEC/WSQ/CIBTAC or equivalent Singapore certified massage certificate
• Basic IT knowledge
• Good communication skills and customer relationship skills
• Friendly personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
• Be open to learning new thing
• Good in time management
• Willing to work on retail hour, weekends and public holiday

Job Description:

• Handle all pre/post procedure care, registration, and counselling.
• Prepare all necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedures.
• Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
• Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in the Plato system.
