Position Summary:

Tink It! Education and Consulting Services seeks a dynamic Educational Therapist cum Teacher

Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality educational therapy to

neurodivergent children aged 1 to 10 and provide professional development training to

educators within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs, incorporating
• evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Your day-to-day role

• Achieve personal sales targets, sales per transaction, and units per transaction as set by the Brand/Retail Manager. 

• Maximize sales through effective link and cross-selling techniques, enhancing customer purchases. 

• Cultivate strong customer relations with a warm and sincere "Welcome to Guerlain," establishing a positive rapport with clients. 

• Apply Clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships, understanding and catering to individual client preferences and needs. 

• Provide accurate and personalized skin consultations for each client, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and expertise. 

• Act as an ambassador for service excellence, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of Guerlain's customer service. 

• Demonstrate products using the Dare to Be techniques, aligning recommendations with the client's specific requirements. 

• Propose and deliver tailor-made services and consultations based on Dare to Be guidelines, ensuring a unique and customized experience for every client. 

• Ensure the store's visual merchandising (VM) is at its optimal level, maintaining an attractive and enticing display for customers. 

• Collaborate with the team to organize products and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience. 

• Showcase high professional standards and a genuine passion for the Guerlain brand, representing its values and essence to clients. 

• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering memorable and personalized experiences for clients, while building lasting relationships. 

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Guerlain products, staying updated on the latest beauty trends and innovations to offer expert advice and recommendations.

• Competencies in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as performing IV cannulation, venipuncture for blood sampling, IV administration of medical fluids, ECG monitoring and interpretation are preferred.
• Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls when necessary
• Provide patient education and participate in patient rehabilitation, involving the patients’ family as necessary.
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.

• Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferably 1 year of inpatient/ward working experience
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• To perform clinical activities and administrative work associated with running of the Hospital Kidney Transplant Programme.
• Assist potential donors and recipients in the entire kidney transplant process, includes providing counselling and conducting transplant workup for potential donors and recipients.
• Attend to and evaluate referrals by renal physicians for live and deceased donor transplants from other hospitals.
• Maintain close connections with stakeholder and MOH officials pertaining to organ donation and transplantation.
• Provide counselling to patients and their families for those patients with no overt contraindications and are considering deceased donor kidney transplants.
• Evaluate and prepare a patient for deceased donor kidney transplant when the patient has been selected.
• Provide discharge teaching to patients and assist in the follow up care.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years working experience preferred
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Psychology, Social Science or equivalent.
