As part of the growth, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in executing and managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of Healthier SG initiative in Fullerton Healthcare Group. The candidate should be passionate about improving health outcomes and preventive health, be exceptional in communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and adept in stakeholders management.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and manage Healthier SG marketing strategies in alignment with the department and organisation goals.
• Monitor and drive project progress and communicate critical updates and reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Develop communication plans for timely engagement and involvement of stakeholders for all clinical projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare, compliance and marketing guidelines, working with legal and compliance teams to address any project-related regulatory issues.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organisational objectives.
• Prepare regular progress reports and performance summaries.
• Other business duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in related fields (Healthcare, Marketing, Business, Project Management etc.)
• Relevant marketing background with a track record of successful health marketing campaigns will be advantageous
• Experience in the local healthcare system and clinical operations would be highly beneficial.
• Problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication and interpersonal skills will be critical.
• Ability to work and handle multiple priorities independently, while paying close attention to timelines.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset for data-enabled outcomes
• Flexibility in managing changing demands in operating environment will be essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Promotion and Sales:

· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.

· Engage customers in meaningful conversations to assess their skincare needs and concerns.

· Recommend suitable skincare routines and products based on individual requirements.

· Provide product demonstrations and explain the application techniques to enhance customers' understanding.

· Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.

· Maintain a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends.

2. Customer Service and Consultation:

· Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a personalized and attentive shopping experience.

· Actively listen to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.

· Offer skincare advice, tips, and recommendations to help customers achieve their desired results.

· Provide thorough explanations of product features, usage instructions, and potential outcomes.

· Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour at all times.

3. Store Operations:

· Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.

· Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock products as needed.

· Track and record sales, customer interactions, and relevant data accurately.

· Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet performance objectives.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and emerging skincare trends.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in skincare or beauty-related fields is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Skincare Specialist, or similar role in a retail environment.

· Passion for skincare and a solid understanding of skincare principles, ingredients, and routines.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

· Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist customers in achieving their skincare goals.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.

· Familiarity with Skincare products or prior experience with the brand is highly desirable.

• Manage all aspects of HR management within the organization.
• Ensure effective performance management, implement compensation and benefits programs, provide HR reporting and analysis, manage projects, and promote a positive and safe work environment.
• Create and implement performance appraisal processes and succession planning strategies.
• Keep abreast on market and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
• Improve company brand image and awareness through effective HR practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 4 years of HR management with a strong focus on performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting in a Beauty/Wellness industry.
• Proficient with Singapore HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
