• Assist in providing quality customer service

Job Description

• Process prescriptions or medication orders
• Plan, deploy and monitor logistics/delivery services to customers, which includes time and date of pick up and delivery
• Assist the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor in inventory management, such as cycle counts and stock take
• Handle any e-pharmacy related enquiries via email, messages or phone call
• Handle other administrative and billing enquiries.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science and/or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore
• 1-2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry
• Able to work both independently and within a team and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
• Open to work on shift basis, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
