About us
Since the 1930s, the way we commute, socialise and even how we make payments have changed, and yet our fundamental approach to the healthcare system hasn’t.
At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah and Zoey. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services.

We are looking for talented Locum Doctors to join our telemedicine platform and provide top-notch medical care via virtual consultations. If you're passionate about delivering quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online consultations with patients, providing medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
- Manage patient follow-ups and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with telemedicine regulations and standards in Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records as per regulatory requirements.
What We Need:
- Medical Registration: Full Registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Telemedicine Training: Completion of the Ministry of Health (MOH) online training course for telemedicine.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-qualification. Experience in online consultations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (additional languages like Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are an advantage).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telemedicine software and digital platforms for consultations.
Work Hours:
Flexible schedule with options between 9am-9pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm on weekends. Able to commit to at least 15 hours per week is a plus.

What is working at Ordinary Folk like?
We’re not your stereotypical healthcare company. We’re a bunch of creatives, entrepreneurs and tech-driven individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds – all with a focus on delivering better health to people.
Our team is based around Asia and as long as you’re between GMT+7 and GMT+11, you can work wherever you want. We also hate overbearing managers – at Ordinary Folk, the best ideas, not the manager’s ideas, win.
Life moves pretty fast around here because speed and execution matter more than anything else. But we believe that the A+ players at Ordinary Folk need and deserve the freedom to contribute their best to the company so they can help keep our trajectory on the up.
