- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct talent mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future roles within the company.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline, using market trends and research to predict hiring needs and engage with top candidates.
- Assist with workforce planning by understanding business needs and aligning recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Work closely with senior leadership to create and implement talent strategies that support company growth and objectives.
- Ensure recruitment practices follow best standards, improving sourcing methods and the candidate experience.
- Keep up to date with employment laws in Southeast Asia and ensure compliance in all recruitment and employee management activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely recruitment delivery.
- Support programs that focus on employee development, performance, and retention.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and other key talent management data regularly.
