Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
Provide assistance with recruitment such as posting of job advertisements, phone call interviews, scheduling interviews etc
Assist with the onboarding process such as carrying out the new staff orientation program, introducing the new hire to current employees, preparation of documents etc
Maintains and update HR database
Assist with the offboarding process such as exit interviews, clearance for the workers and signing of documents
Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes for foreign workers
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
Arranging for classes/courses for newly hired employees
Planning of company events such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc
Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field would be preferred
No work experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome!
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Proficient with MS Excel and Word
Self-motivated, team player with good people skills
High level of discretion with company confidential material
