OVERALL

Support the General Manager in implementing talent acquisition frameworks, programs, and processes for Singapore, facilitating the growth of business functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

• Create and execute the talent acquisition strategy and manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to hiring
• Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to proactively source and engage potential candidates
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Stay updated on the latest sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, MyCareersfuture, or other designated systems to enhance sourcing efforts

Data and Analytics

• Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, achieve & track recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve the talent acquisition process
• Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimise recruitment efforts

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and long-term staffing needs
• Develop strong relationships with assigned department heads and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies

JOB REQUIREMENT(S)

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of talent acquisition experience with managerial role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
• Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Creative, innovative, and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our HR team. You will mainly focus on recruitment activities, ensuring the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce. The incumbent collaborates with various departments, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to meet the organization’s talent needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

· Perform full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening including onboarding & offboarding

· Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective assessment techniques

· Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure smooth recruitment process

· Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities to generate leads and build employer branding

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

· Execute the onboarding process to ensure positive and seamless experience for new hires

· Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information

· Handle work pass matters including application, issuance, renewals and cancellations

· Ensure proper documentation in the pfile for new hires

· Handle employee general queries on leave, claims etc

· Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare activities

· Support in HR activities and projects and/or initiatives

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field

· At least 2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition

· Strong interpersonal, communications skills, and a team player

We are looking for Learning & Development Specialist to be part of our HR team. You will mainly focus on talent development responsibilities, ensuring the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce.

The incumbent will support the coordination and communication of L&D initiatives whose primary focus is the strategy and execution of structured training plans to drive overall performance improvement and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Job Description

• Designs and delivers training plans, curate contents, sourcing of training providers, invoicing, data entry, gathering feedback and analyse data to measure effectiveness of the training programs and learning outcomes, and recommend necessary improvements
• Work with HRBP to identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, performance reviews, and employee feedback
• Collaborate with leaders/subject matter experts to create an engaging and relevant training program, content, and materials for employees
• Deliver training sessions using various methods such as e-learning, workshops, physical training etc
• Coordinate external training opportunities and manage relationships with training vendors

Job Requirements
