Assumes responsibility for the delivery of region-specific projects and services pertaining to Human Resources.
Ensures the implementation of the global human resources strategy across various countries and regions.
Holds accountability for setting, measuring, and monitoring all HR-related targets and Key Performance Indicators.
Ensures the implementation of global processes, policies, tools, concepts, and projects within the respective region.
Ensures optimal service delivery across different countries and regions in accordance with defined Service Portfolio and Service Level Agreements.
Serves as the central point of contact and consultant for regional management, Global, and Business Head, prioritizing and coordinating requirements and inquiries from these stakeholders.
Ensures the implementation of the HR organizational structure in close collaboration with the executive office and fulfills regional Service Function staff requirements as per global staff planning.
Takes responsibility for workforce health, including best practice recruiting and workforce planning to support the business.
Manages and supports communication on Human Resources-related global and regional topics.
Ensures knowledge transfer within the region.
Requirements:
University Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the related area of Leadership.
At least 5 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams in a Multinational company.
At least 3 years of experience working in/with intercultural teams.
