Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Checks foreign workers’ attendance and payroll computation.
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in employees' movements and status.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of income, taxes, deductions, and leave etc.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
Diploma in Human Resource management or relevant discipline
1 year of relevant experience
Good knowledge in employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently and as a team
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
To handle the recruitment and selection process.
Responsible for foreign workers' work passes which includes new application, renewal and cancellation process.
Maintain employee personal files – both hardcopies and softcopies.
Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accuracy of data – new hires, changes in movement and exits.
Prepare HR related letters such as employment contract, salary increment and promotion letters.
Coordinate logistics for new hires and exits.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
Singaporean only
Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry preferably.
Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well organised, detail-oriented and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage.
