Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, payroll, and benefits.
- Collaborate with Directors to enhance HR policies and systems.
- Develop and optimize HR strategies and ensure data integrity.
- Serve as the primary contact for labour organizations and organisations.
- Negotiate insurance contracts and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage workforce budgets and support performance appraisals.
- Provide management with insights on labour market trends and economic conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous for effective communication with senior management from Japan headquarters.
