The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a crucial role in the organization's growth and success by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles. They collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences to determine their suitability for specific roles.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' fit for the position, including evaluating their technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent, including crafting compelling job postings, participating in recruitment events, and fostering positive candidate experiences.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions of employment, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork as needed.
- Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data to identify areas for improvement, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance overall hiring efficiency.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and priorities.
