Job Descriptions:

*Assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all works on the site.

Job Description:

*Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.

*Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.

*Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.

*To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors

*On-site supervision of work progress

Job Requirements:

*Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree

*At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.

Job responsibilities:

*Review and revise the Safety Management System for continual improvement.

*Review, establish and upkeep the Safe Work Procedure and Risk Assessment for the main contractor, sub-contractors.

*Conduct safety training related to the activity based on Safe Work Procedure / Risk Assessment.

*Ensure risk assessments for all work activities are conducted and propose recommendation and also, review them when necessary.

*Conduct monthly WSH Committee Meeting and put up safety reports including safety indices.

*Conduct monthly Mass Toolbox Meeting and Daily Toolbox Meeting.

*Enforce house rules on all stake holders and take action when necessary for non-compliance.

*Work closely with the project team to eliminate security, safety, health and environment hazards.

*Establish, review, update and improve Workplace Safety And Health (WSH) procedures, measures and policies in accordance to statutory requirements.

*Ensure legal compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations and timely submission of mandatory documents.

*Monitor, update and improve company's BizSafe, safety management system, safety manual.

*Conduct investigations of WSH infringements and industrial accidents and recommend remedial actions.

*Facilitate and conduct internal auditing, to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards.

*Responsible for all incidents reporting and investigation.

*Lead and manage emergency situation.

*Lead and manage the project safety personnel.

*Lead and manage site WSH matters for both, the company and sub-contractors.

*Guide and train the Site Emergency Response Team (SERT) and also, organize drills.

*Conduct safety related training for the staff and sub-contractors including foreign workers.

*Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues.

Requirements:

*Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering or relevant field preferred

*Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

*MOM registered WSH Officer and Fire Safety Officer

*NEA registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)

*Familiar with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety

*Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills

*Willing to work at East side and handle 2 site concurrently.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
• Ability to produce 3D Construction models from base information
• Design and detailing of services support systems
• Attendance at design and construction reviews
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree/Diploma holder in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering or other related discipline.
• Min 3 years experience in related field
• Excellent AutoCAD skills

Roles & Responsibilities

The Environmental Control Officer is responsible for identifying any environmental health irregularities and recommend measures in maintaining good environmental health.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Establish the objectives and process necessary to deliver results in accordance with the organization’s environmental policy
• Check, monitor and measure processes against environmental policy, objectives, targets, legal and other requirements and reports the results
• Take actions to continually improve performance of the environmental management system
• Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard
• Highlight environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/dust/smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities etc. with the Site Management team and recommend rectification measures
• Assist authorities to investigate any outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or food borne diseases at site
• Investigate public complaints on environmental issues
• Organise campaigns, training courses and other promotional activities to develop and sustain the interests of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards at site

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Environmental Engineering or its equivalent
• ⁠Candidate must a Registered Registered Environmental Control Officer with National Environment Agency
• Minimum 3 - 5 years and above relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
• ⁠With FSM certificate or HDB Project experience will be an advantage
• Must have professional knowledge in law and regulation of Environment Acts
• Familiar with Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental regulations.
