Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior/Junior Recruitment Consultant located in Singapore. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of graduate recruitment and consulting, including interviewing, communication, and recruiting.

Qualifications

• Graduate Recruitment and Consulting skills
• Interviewing and Communication skills
• Recruiting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices

Work Location: Bishan

Work Week: Mon - Fri | 9.30am - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and post job advertisement in various platform
• Actively search for potential candidates through different platforms
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and skills
• Assess candidates' overall suitability for the position
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain relationships with candidtes and hiring managers
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
• A good track record of successful placements in any industries
• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) is a bonus.
