Candidate Requirements

Bilingual in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. (enable to handle phone inquiries from English and Chinese-speaking Clients)

Minimum a Certification in Adminstration, Accountancy, Human Resources or other relevant disciplines.

Technical Competencies:

• Must be able to manage a full set of accounts, including payroll.

• Accountancy info tech system, or other relevant disciplines.

• High levels of patience and passion for working with adults with disabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft office especially excel, power point.

Full-spectrum of HR and administrative functions
• To establish talent requisition plan from start to end for recruitment
• Drafting and updating SOP for Human Resource Department to be in line with Ministries guideline
• Ensures Company’s Human Resources Operations adheres to and complies with all statutory requirements, ministerial guidelines, and company strategies
• Preparation of weekly or monthly recruitment report
• Assist in conducting new hire orientation and onboarding by coordinating with comprehensive orientation programme for new employees.
• Manage and facilitate counseling and employee grievances
• Disciplinary actions whenever necessary for management of staff misappropriate behavior or attitude at work
• To be involved in shortlisting and interview selection process
• Employee relations and benefit administration
• Main point of contact for all employee relations matters
• Responsible for resignation process and conducting exit interviews
• Responsible for staff engagement initiatives and recommending changes where necessary
• Updating training hours of staff and compliance to the requirement from the Ministries
• Assist the management in any ad-hoc admin and HR duties assigned
• Administer foreign worker work passes related matter
• Understand and able to conduct full scope for work passes for foreign workers
• Meeting the local staff to foreigner staff ratio in accordance to Ministry guideline

• Singapore and Singapore PR may apply
• Degree from Human Resources Management or related discipline with at least 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting with the handling of foreign staff on their work permit and S-pass

• Meticulous and achievement-oriented with a high level of service delivery
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• 5.5 days work week
• Required to travel to the various center of the organization
• Salary between $3700 to $4500
