Manage all aspects of recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires
Liaise with respective department and hiring managers to determine hiring needs
Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms & conditions
Apply work passes and liaise with MOM on work pass related issues
Prepare LOA and file new hire documents
2) Dormitory
Ensure timely submission of check-in/out forms to dormitory management for employee movement
Manage rental contracts with respective dormitories
