In the Shared Service team, A Human Resource Executive is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment to support the group of companies.

Candidates should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in the recruitment process.

Job Description:

• Assist & support the management on the full spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations, and other events & projects.
• Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications
• Preparation of Employment contracts, memos, and other necessary letters & correspondence
• Liaising with dormitory, vendors and related parties, and internal customer
• Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant
• Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding process
• Maintain & update the HR system
• Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing, and registration
• Manage the employee’s communication e.g announcement of policies, events, etc
• Other administrative duties
• Ad hoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
