Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling communications on behalf of Human Resource.
2. Ensuring Human Resource Tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, orientation
training, staff welfare, training and development, leave and payroll, performance
management and exit interviews.
3. Work closely with the Directors and various departments in the Company to
ensure smooth communications in daily operations.
4. Ensuring all the local and foreign workers requirements to be fulfilled.
5. Ensuring all the employees are compliant with ISO standards and SFA standards.
6. Any administrative tasks, projects or other duties as assigned by Management.
7. Conduct ad hoc duties as required.
