Job Summary
NetApp is seeking an exceptional Executive Recruiter to take on a strategically pivotal role within APJI, sitting in Singapore. This individual will not only serve as a key talent acquisition partner to the SVP and GM, APJI and the GTM (Go-To-Market) leadership team but also act as a talent advisor to the business, providing insights and guidance on executive hiring strategies. The Executive Recruiter will possess a commanding executive presence, capable of engaging and influencing high-level stakeholders and executing global searches to attract and secure industry-leading talent for executive and professional roles across all business functions at NetApp.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP and GM APJI, GTM leadership team, and global executives, providing expert advice on talent acquisition and executive search strategies.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive executive recruitment plan that aligns with NetApp's strategic objectives and global talent needs.
- Establish and maintain a strong executive presence, representing NetApp with professionalism and credibility to attract top-tier candidates.
- Act as a talent advisor to the business, leveraging deep market knowledge and insights to inform and influence executive hiring decisions.
- Conduct global searches for executive and professional roles, ensuring a consistent and high-quality talent pipeline for critical positions worldwide.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the competitive landscape and utilize this knowledge to position NetApp as an employer of choice for executive talent.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand the nuances of regional markets and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Engage with industry networks, professional groups, and other channels to build relationships with potential candidates and sources of executive referrals.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of filling senior-level positions.
- Experience working in the technology sector and familiarity with the APJI market is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Adept at building and maintaining a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
