Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.

Job Scope:

  • Position summaryAssist the HRIS Manager in optimizing the utilization and functionality of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment & Onboarding, Compensation, Succession Planning, and PeopleStats.
    Encompass various duties aimed at enhancing HR processes, fostering organizational alignment, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization across multiple HRIS platforms.
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment & Onboarding, Compensation, Succession Planning, PeopleStats)
    Encourage and Promote HRIS (SuccessFactors) Utilization:Actively promote the adoption and utilization of HRIS platforms among employees.
    Provide guidance and support on navigating HRIS systems effectively.
    Support Change Management:
    Assist in facilitating Change Management initiatives within the organization.
    Communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders and provide support during transition periods.

    Support group company DX with New Initiatives:Collaborate with group company DX teams to support the implementation of new initiatives and projects.
    Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Liaison Between Local HR and group company DX Teams:Serve as a primary point of contact between local HR teams and group company DX teams.
    Facilitate communication, coordinate efforts, and address any issues or concerns.

    Upload Template Management:Ensure all upload templates are completed accurately and submitted to group company DX in a timely manner.
    Verify data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies before submission.

    Issue Troubleshooting:Handle and troubleshoot all HR-related requests and issues before escalating to group company DX.
    Provide timely resolutions and maintain communication with stakeholders.

    Local HR Escalation Support:Provide support to local HR teams in addressing escalated issues and concerns.
    Offer guidance and assistance in resolving complex HR matters.

    Train the Trainer:Conduct training sessions to empower HR staff as trainers in utilizing HRIS systems effectively.
    Ensure trainers are equipped with necessary knowledge and resources.

    Half-Yearly SAP SF Release Support:Assist in the coordination and support of half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors
    Follow established support processes and landscapes.
    Address any issues or enhancement requests

    SSO/IAS Login Support:Provide support and assistance with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAS) login issues.
    Participate in New Implementations:
    Participate in new HRIS implementations and provide coordination support to ensure successful deployment.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as required.

    Cross-Training on Modules:Obtain proficiency in all HRIS modules to provide comprehensive support across various functionalities.
    Stay updated on system enhancements and changes.

    Reporting Support:Assist in generating HR reports and analytics as required.
    Ensure accuracy and relevance of reported data
  • Other HRMS systemsUser Helpdesk, maintenance & support for other HR Systems such as Unit4 HRMS (Payroll, LMS, Attendance), in-house staff claims system (Intramart) and other application that may be introduced from time to time

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Computer Technology or related field​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
