The HR Assistant / HR Executive under the workpass and operations team will play an active role in handling foreign work pass application for candidates under the organisation such as the submission, renewal or cancellation of workpass. Onboarding Briefing for New Hires

• Prepare new hire welcome pack

Other HR Administration & Events Management

• Assist in the planning and roll-out of employee engagement events (including set up of office decoration)
• Taking minutes during meetings, liaising with vendors on the event arrangement

• Prepare event messages for dissemination during company-wide events

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Business/ Human Resource Management
