The Role:

Reporting to the HR Director, you will front the full-spectrum of Learning and Development – from the planning & execution of HR corporate strategies (e.g. streamlining Learning Management Systems, analysing metrics for trainings like learning needs analysis), as well as stakeholder management across the business to drive continuous change for the retention and development of top talent.
