What you'll be doing

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders by providing trusted advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Support the delivery of HR plans and services in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Guide managers on staff matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations, ensuring fairness and transparency
• Address HR-related enquiries from employees and managers, offering appropriate support and solutions
• Facilitate performance reviews and engagement surveys in partnership with business leaders to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure HR processes are executed in line with policies, obtaining necessary approvals and inputs as required
• Analyse staff-related issues, considering diverse perspectives to offer balanced and effective resolutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and secure storage of sensitive information
• Participate in HR projects, events, and committees involving internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
• 4 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource functions, preferably in healthcare setting
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of the Employment Act and relevant labour regulations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.
• Lead in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
• Create and maintain staff records in the HR system. (updated and accurate)
• Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
• Record and monitor employee leave in line with company policies.
• Manage the application and renewal of work permits for foreign workers.
• Submit semi-annual medical examination results of foreign workers to the appropriate authorities.
• Handle renewal processes for work passes.
• Process insurance-related claims efficiently and accurately.
• Keep precise records of employee attendance to support payroll and operations.

Requirements

• Speaks fluent chinese
• Only accept Singapore Citizen or PR
• 3 years experience or above
• Experienced with Microsoft Office
• Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resource Management.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
